The AUP of bFeel Technologies Ltd. is designed to give our customers and users a clear explanation of what bFeel Technologies Ltd. is expected of them in the 'use of their services. VIOLATIONS OF THE AUP

The following constitute violations of this AUP.

1. Illegal use: services bFeel Technologies Ltd. shall not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. bFeel Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to cooperate with the competent authorities and / or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

9. Email / Messaging counterfeit Technologies Ltd. bFeel services should not be used to forge any kind of message, in whole or in part, and any electronic transmission, originating or passing through our services is a violation of this AUP.

10. Spam: bFeel Technologies Ltd. implements a policy of zero tolerance towards the use of each network for the dissemination of commercial messages that violate laws, regulations, FAQs for any newsgroup or mailing list. 11. Terms of Service (TOS)

bFeel Technologies Ltd. (the Company) agrees to provide services to subscribers, subject to the following contract (Terms of Service - Conditions of services).
The use of the services offered by bFeel Technologies Ltd., and implies acceptance of the AUP as well as the sharing of this TOS.
Any clause of this contract are an integral part of the TOS and AUP and the Pact of Transparency bFeel Technologies Ltd.. The AUP may be changed over time at the discretion of the company. Subscribers agree that the change in the Company's AUP is not just cause for early termination of the contract or defaults. 1. Information to public authorities. The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal purposes. 11. 13. Network

a. Ownership of IP addresses. The dedicated IP addresses for use by customers remain the property of bFeel Technologies Ltd., the customer is only entitled to use during the contract period. bFeel Technologies Ltd. and has maintained ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that can be assigned to customers, and the Company reserves the right to edit or remove them according to their own discretion.
